BUSI 550 – Instructional
Design
This course focuses on methods to assess
an organization's training and development needs, and designing and
implementing training programs to address those needs. Analysis and
application of adult-learning theories in relation to program design
are explored. Methods of instructional design and course development
are emphasized.
