Education World's Interactivity Center- Loaded with collaborative projects. Well organized and a great place to find GLPs to participate in.

Telecollaborate - Projects are dedicated to "unity and understanding through collaboration." You'll find a store house of projects plus great resources for creating your own.

VOICES OF YOUTH
