Culmination Paper The Culmination Paper is 6-8 page document that is placed in the portfolio. In this culmination paper, you are expected to answer the following questions. 1. How has your understanding of student affairs changed over the course of your experience in the College Student Affairs program? 2. In what competencies do you think you have grown the most since you began the program? What caused that growth? 3. What next? Include a personal and professional growth plan that includes your goals for the coming three to five years. This is an opportunity for you to reflectively describe your personal growth over the past two or three years and set personal and professional goals for the future.
