The Western Regional Conference on Faith and
History was organized formally on October 17, 2009,
when a group of historians, gathered for a conference
at Azusa Pacific University, voted to approve and adopt
a Constitution and By-Laws and to elect officers.

The Western Regional Conference on Faith and
History is a regional affiliate of the national
Conference on Faith and History--a community of
scholars exploring the relationship between Christian
faith and history. The national CFH first organized in
the mid-1960s. The following is a link to the national
CFH website: Conference on Faith and History
The Western Regional Conference on Faith and
History will have a one-day conference bi-annually,
typically the third Saturday in October, in the years
when the national CFH does not meet.
